Returns policy

Thank you for shopping at Lily & Lynz, we take great pride in our reputation for providing kidswear of the highest quality and ensure you and your little ones are happy with your purchase. 

We offer refund and/or exchange on full price items within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase, if 14 days have passed since you have received your purchase we hope you understand as a small independent brand we are unable to a refund and/or exchange.

The item should be returned unworn and unwashed with all original tags/packaging. Any signs of wear will result in the refund not being processed and the garment sent back.

Every item is quality checked before sending out to you.  

Unfortunately, being a new small business, we are unable to offer free returns at the moment on international purchases. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred in a purchase.
